Semiconductor Circuits Intros Manchester Series Converters

Semiconductor Circuits Inc. (Windham, NH), a designer and manufacturer of dc-dc converters, released its POL Manchester Series of 10 A, non-isolated, point-of-load (POL) converters that offer a high switching frequency topology and efficiencies to 95%.

Input ranges are from 3.0 Vdc to 3.6 Vdc, 4.5 Vdc to 5.5 Vdc and 10.8 Vdc to 13.2 Vdc. Single outputs are from 1.0 Vdc to 5.0 Vdc. The devices are available in SIP packages with vertical-mount or horizontal-mount options. Quick turn, custom modifications are available.
