Richwell Releases HEZ3D103MXXD546 Capacitors

Dongguan Richwell Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) released its new HEZ3D103MXXD546 high-voltage ceramic capacitors, suitable for power supplies and monitors, which feature rated voltages of 50 V to 3 kV. The devices withstand up to 4 kVdc and are insulated to 10 gΩ. Available with capacitances ranging from 0.1 nF to 20 nF, ±20%, the capacitors operate within the 0.9 kHz to 1.1 kHz frequency range, and have a temperature coefficient of -56% to 22%. Lead length is 4 mm and pitch is 5 mm.
