Richwell Offers HEZ2H103MXXA516 Capacitors

Dongguan Richwell Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new HEZ2H103MXXA516 ceramic capacitors, targeted for use in power supplies and monitors, which feature high capacitance values, low internal impedance and long service time.

With a single-layer capacitance type, the product has a capacitance range from 0.1 nF to 47 nF, a capacitance tolerance of ±20 percent, a rated voltage of 50 V to 300 V, a temperature coefficient of -56 percent to 22 percent, an insulation resistance of 10,000 Mohms, a dielectric strength of 1,250 Vdc, and a frequency range between 0.9 kHz and 1.1 kHz. The device comes with a pitch/lead spacing of 5 mm. The operating temperature range is from -10 °C to +70 °C.

The lead time is between 7 to 15 days.
