Richwell Electronics Releases TSL3F220JXX D746 Capacitors

Dongguan Richwell Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) released its TSL3F220JXX D746 ceramic capacitors, which feature capacitances ranging from 22 pF to 2 nF, ±5% and have rated voltages of 50 V to 3 kV. Operating within the 0.9 MHz to 1.1 MHz frequency range, the devices have a dielectric strength of 7 kVdc, an insulation resistance of 10 gΩ, a pitch length of 7 mm, and an operating temperature range of -25 °C to +85 °C.
