Powercube Debuts MT Series of DC/DC Converters

Powercube (Chatsworth, CA) announced its new MT Series of dc/dc converters, which are offered with power ratings of 50W, 100W and 150W, and are shipped with metal cases to reduce EMI and increase durability. The devices are suitable for board-mounting and distributed systems in telecom applications.

The new Powercube devices accept inputs of 24V and 48V, as well as 150V and 300V. The MT converters provide an output of 3Vdc, 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 15Vdc, 24Vdc and 28Vdc. The converters also include over-temperature, thermal shutdown and over-voltage protection, as well as power-good signal output and positive or negative logic shutdown for implementing remote on/off control.

A 150W MT device is priced at $127 for 100-unit quantities.
