PDU Innovations Minimize Downtime
Anord Critical Power, Inc. (ACPI) will be showcasing its new compartmentalized Power Distribution Units (PDU) and RPP products at Critical Power North America (Booth #12). Anord's AMP PDU and RPP enable mission-critical facilities improved safety, performance, management and monitoring, making it the most advanced power distribution solution available in today's market.
Held on August 3rd and 4th in Denver, Colorado, the Critical Power North America event showcases the latest advancements in critical power technology and services. The event is an ideal venue for Anord to showcase its AMP PDU, which sets new standards for typical PDU offerings by exceeding today's complex electrical distribution requirements with:
Transformer Compartment Heat Reduction for better convection cooling characteristics within the heat/transformer compartment, and safety through compartmentalization.
Compartmentalization for Safety to enhance the arc flash safety and require the minimum amount of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to work in a live environment. The AMP PDU design takes human error and electrical arc containment into consideration with innovative compartments that automatically mitigate risks.
An electronic start-up process for additional cost savings. Customers receive a tablet equipped with an interactive App that guides them through a start-up checklist. Once the procedure is completed, the App securely transfers the data to Anord, or designated recipients for processing.
"Downtime is not an option for today's mission-critical facilities," said John Day, Vice President of Sales for Anord Critical Power, Inc. "Anord's new PDU innovations meet mission critical facilities' power needs by providing continuous power through improved delivery and safety features. This process brings more efficient operations while ensuring employees' safety from electrical shock. We look forward to sharing our insights with Critical Power North America attendees."
