Oriental Motor Intros New Blowers, Fans, Thermostats

Oriental Motor USA Corp. (Torrance, CA) announced that the MB Series of ac centrifugal blowers is now available in two new three-phase 200Vac to 230Vac models. The MB810-T has an impeller diameter of 3.15in (80mm), and produces a maximum airflow of 56.5CFM at 2,800rpm to 63.6CFM at 3,350rpm, depending on the input voltage and frequency. The MB1225-T has an impeller diameter of 4.72in (120mm), and produces 155CFM at 2,850rpm to 184CFM at 3,300rpm, depending on the input voltage and frequency.

New models have also been added to the MBD Series of dc centrifugal blowers. Blowers with both 3.15in (80mm) and 3.94in (100mm) impeller diameters are now available with a 24Vdc input and built-in alarm (MBD8-24A and MBD10-24A), as well as with a 48Vdc input (MBD8-48 and MBD10-48). The smaller blowers both produce a maximum airflow of 51.2CFM at 2,600rpm, while the larger blowers produce a maximum airflow of 69CFM at 2,400rpm.

Additionally, the MFD Series of dc cross-flow fans now includes eight additional models. The MFD815 models have a smaller impeller length of 5.91in (150mm) and provide a maximum airflow of 106CFM at 2,500rpm. The 24Vdc input models are now available with alarms to indicate a loss of speed, while new 48Vdc input models have been added to the series. The larger MFD930 models have an impeller length of 11.81in (300mm) and produce 184CFM maximum airflow at 2,100rpm. As with the MFD915 models, the MFD930 models are now available in 24Vdc inputs with alarms to indicate a loss of speed, and new 48Vdc input models have been added to the series.
