Nippon Precision Circuits Releases CF5074A ICs

Nippon Precision Circuits Inc. (Japan) released its CF5074A single-chip ICs for VCXOs that are developed using BiCMOS process and feature variable frequency characteristics and phase noise characteristics. Operating within the 50 MHz to 80 MHz frequency range, the devices are rated at 2.25 V to 3.6 V.

Sample cost is $4 per unit.
