Neckar Motoren Releases the IP65 Range of Brushless Motors

Neckar Motoren (Germany) has released its IP65 range of ac and dc brushless motors and gearboxes. All units have totally enclosed terminal boxes and completely round aluminum and alloy housings. Further enamelling can be added to improve their resistance to harsher chemical environments.

The motors are available with integrated single-quadrant speed controls, or panel-mounted controls that offer a speed range of 30:1 at full torque. Motor sizes start from 44W with a 53mm diameter to 200W with a 83mm diameter. The motors can be combined with spur, worm or planetary gearboxes.

The IP65 motors are suitable for use in wash-down conveyors and checkweighers, machine tools, pumps, medical instruments, hand tools, robotics, process machinery, and fans.
