Max Echo Technologies Debuts HBL Series Inductors

Max Echo Technologies Corp. (Taiwan) unveiled its new HBL Series of chip inductors, which operate at up to 10GHz and are designed for use in nano-Henry, HF products, including cellular phones, cordless phones and pagers. The inductors are available in 0402, 0603 and 0805 sizes, with inductance values of 1nH to 56nH.

The new inductors have a minimum Q of 8 and a maximum dc resistance between 120 milliohms to 1.4 ohms. They are available with current ratings of 150mA, 200mA, 250mA and 300mA.
