LTC Intros LT6203 and LT6204 Feedback Amplifiers

Linear Technology Corp. (LTC, Milpitas, CA) introduced the LT6203 and LT6204 dual- and quad-high-speed, 100MHz gain bandwidth, low power, unity gain stable, voltage feedback amplifiers, which feature rail-to-rail input common-mode range and rail-to-rail output-voltage swing. The LT6203 and LT6204 are suitable for low-noise and low-power applications, including wireless and set-top boxes, multiple-channel telecommunications systems, and portable test and medical instruments.

The LT6203 amplifier is available in both SO-8 and MSOP eight-lead packages. The LT6204 quad comes in either SO-14 or SSOP-16 packages. Both devices are offered in 0 to 70 degrees C and -40 to +85 degrees C temperature ranges. The devices operate on single or split supplies from 2.5V to 12V, and feature typical power savings between 50 and 80 percent.
