Lixing Power Sources Unveils CR Series Batteries

Wuhan Lixing (Torch) Power Sources Co. Ltd. (Wuhan, China) announced its new CR Series of button-cell lithium batteries, designed for use in watches, calculators and laptops, which have a nominal voltage of 3V and offer a shelf period up to five times that of conventional batteries.

The CR2032 has a nominal capacity of 210mAh and exhibits a standard discharge current of 0.2mA. The maximum discharge current is 4mA for continuous operation and 12mA for pulse operation. The battery measures 20(ø)mm x 3.2mm. Measuring 24.5mm x 7.7mm, the CR2477 offers a nominal capacity of 800mAh and a standard discharge current of 0.2mA. Maximum discharge current is 3mA for continuous operation and 15mA for pulse operation. Both are screened for operation over the -20°C to +60°C temperature range.
