Jya-Nay Presents New Line of Ring Varistors

Jya-Nay Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) presented its new line of ring varistors made of a barium, titanium oxide and strontium alloy, which is designed to reduce sparks and noise at the contact points, commutators and brushes of miniature motors. Designed to operate over the -25°C to +85°C temperature range, the varistors offer a high-voltage, non-linear coefficient and capacitance to allow noise absorption over a wide range of frequencies. The devices can also be molded to allow various configurations and electrode structures.
