IR Presents 200MT40KB Three-Phase Rectifier

International Rectifier Corp. (IR, El Segundo, CA) introduced the 200MT40KB compact, high-current, three-phase input bridge rectifier with improved forward-voltage drop characteristics for more efficiency and higher current capability. The rectifiers are suitable for heavy-duty and industrial applications such as uninterruptible power supplies, motor drives and welding.

The 200MT40KB is rated at 400V blocking voltage and 200A output current at 85 degrees C, and expands the existing IR line of compact, high-current, three-phase bridge rectifiers, which includes voltage ranges from 800V to 1,600V and current ratings from 100A to 160A.

The new 200MT40KB three-phase bridge rectifier is available immediately. Pricing is $37.50 each in 1,000-unit quantities.
