Intersil Intros ISL8323/ISL8324/ISL8325 Switches

Intersil Corp. (Irvine, CA) announced three new additions to its high-performance analog switch line, the ISL8323, ISL8324 and ISL8325, which are suitable for portable battery-powered equipment, communications systems, test equipment and audio/visual applications.
The new switches are dual, single-pole, single-throw configured and feature +2.7V to +12V single-supply operation, a low power consumption of <5µW, a low leakage current of 100pA (maximum) and a low charge injection of 5pC (maximum). The switches come in eight-lead, SOIC, surface-mount packages.
Products are available now. The ISL8323IB is priced at $1.02, the ISL8324IB is priced at $1.02 and the ISL8325IB is priced at $1.02. All devices are available in tape-and-reel.
