Honhui Electronic Intros CGEU09224M12 Capacitors

Honhui Electronic Components Factory (China) announced its new CGEU09224M12 Series of conductive ceramic capacitors, which feature a capacitance range of 1 nF to 470 nF with a tolerance of ±10 percent, or ±20 percent.

Rated at 12 Vdc, 16 Vdc, 25 Vdc or 50 Vdc, the capacitors have a dissipation factor of 1 percent (maximum, Y5R) or 5 percent (maximum, Y5P, Y5U and Y5V). Featuring a low loss rate at a wide range of frequencies, the devices have an insulation resistance of 200 megohms, 500 megohms or 1 gigaohm, and an operating temperature range of -25 °C to +85 °C.
