Gaptec Announces 1W DC-DC Converter in SIP7 Case with 6-fold Lower Isolation Capacitance

GAPTEC Electronic GmbH & Co. KG announced its new dc-dc converter 1S7E series. This converter offers an SMT molded UL-94 V0 plastic case and typical 6pF isolation capacitance (6-fold lower isolation capacitance in comparison with available standard types). The series provides continuous short circuit protection (SCP). The operating temperature range is from -40 to +85°C (without derating).

The 1S7E series provides two different isolation voltages: 3kVdc isolation or 1kVdc (each tested for 1 Minute/1mA), a standard pin-out and standard output voltages (3.3, 5, 12, 15 and 24Vdc). The converters are unregulated and are available with single or dual output.
