Fumin Micromachine Offers Mini Vibration Motor

Shanghai Fumin Micromachine Fty (China) introduced the company's coreless, miniature vibration motor, which measures 4(ø) x 14mm and operates from a supply of 1V to 2V, making it suitable for integration into pagers and cell phones.

The device requires a starting voltage of 0.9V and draws a current ranging from 60mA to 70mA. It produces a speed between 8,000rpm to 12,000rpm and is screened for operation over the -20 to +40 degrees C temperature range. Service life is rated to be 400h of continuous operation.
