Frontier Electronics Unveils CST084F Series Inductors

Frontier Electronics (Simi Valley, CA) introduced its new CST084F Series of SMD shielded power inductors, which are available in a 12.95mm x 9.7mm x 5.08mm package, and are designed for SMD IR re-flow soldering. Inductance is from 1µH to 1,000µH, operating current is from 0.25A to 5.0A, and the inductance drops less than 10% at the rated current. Applications include power supplies, power regulators and dc/dc converters. Packaging is standard tape-and-reel.

Pricing starts at $0.65 each. Delivery is six to eight weeks ARO.
