Excel Semiconductor Releases M1-M7 Series Rectifiers

Excel Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Suzhou, China) released its M1 to M7 Series of surface-mount rectifiers that have voltage ratings of 50 V to 1 kV and a power rating of 1 A. Encased in UL 94V-0-compliant, flame-resistant plastic, the rectifiers are approved to UL standards and have a low reverse-leakage current and a low forward-voltage drop.
