ETA Power Unveils NVD Series DC/DC Converters

ETA Power Europe Ltd. (Steinhausen, Switzerland) announced its new NVD Series of dc/dc converters, developed according to the latest research results in materials and the implementation of advanced magnetic components. The NVD Series converters are based on a constant 94 percent efficiency over the whole input range, and can maintain maximum loads without using additional fan or heatsink elements. The NVD Series converters are built according to the relevant IEC standards.

The NVD Series, packed into an aluminum chassis, is smaller than a mobile phone and features an input range of 9.6Vdc to 16Vdc, 19Vdc to 32Vdc and 38Vdc to 63Vdc; an output voltage of 3.3Vdc, 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 15Vdc and 24Vdc; output power of 100W; an efficiency of 90 to 94 percent; dimensions of 101mm x 63.3mm x 30mm; and a power density of 7W/in³.
