EMCO High Voltage Unveils SIP90 DC/DC Converter

EMCO High Voltage Corp. (Sutter Creek, CA) announced its new SIP90 single in-line-packaged (SIP), dc/dc converter that accepts an input from a 2.7V to 6.7V source and delivers a programmable output from <10V to 90V (1mA), making the device suitable for APD biasing applications.
Encased in an epoxy-encapsulated, 29.2mm x 13.97mm x 4.06mm package, the device exhibits a ripple of <2mVpp, and line and load regulations of <0.06 percent and <0.025 percent, respectively. The operating temperature range is from -20 to +70 degrees C.
