Dielectric Labs Intros UL Family of Capacitors

Dielectric Laboratories (Cazenovia, NY) introduced its ultra-low ESR UL family of high Q, multi-layer ceramic capacitors. Available in 0603 and microwave 0505 and 1111 case sizes, the product offers a 50% reduction in ESR compared to standard devices.
The capacitors also offer increased transmit power, lower noise, reduced heat dissipation and higher reliability for high-frequency matching and filtering elements, dc blocking, and decoupling. Capacitance values are 0.1pF to 680pF and rated voltages are from 200V to 500V, depending on part type.
