Chien Wei Electronics Intros Polyester Film Capacitor

Chien Wei Electronics Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) introduced its new 5 mm, mini-metallized, polyester film capacitor, which features high stability, self-healing characteristics and dipped epoxy coating for protection against humidity. The non-inductive capacitor is suitable for use in coupling, bypass, radio-frequency filtering and solid-state applications.

With a capacitance range of 0.001 µF to 0.68 µF, the product has a rated voltage of 250 Vdc, 400 Vdc and 630 Vdc; a capacitance tolerance of ±1 percent (F), ±2 percent (G), ±5 percent (J) and ±10 percent (K); and a dissipation factor of 1 percent at 1 KHz, 25 °C. The operating temperature range is between -40 °C and +85 °C.
