Chenyi Semi Releases SZQ/ZQ Series Auto Rectifiers

Kunsan Chenyi Semiconductor Fty. (China) released its SZQ and ZQ Series of automotive rectifiers, which are suitable for car generators. The devices feature improved resistance to high temperatures and shock, and have a longer lifespan. The products have a junction temperature of 200 °C (minimum) and withstand soldering temperatures up to 300 °C.
