C&D Technologies, Inc. Power Systems Division announced the release of the Sageon® Micro Power Module DC Power Plant. This addition to the Sageon family of products provides information that the company claims customers need to manage power for use in telecommunications, industrial, homeland security and utility applications.

The company claims the Sageon Micro Power Module delivers the unmatched capability of a full size Sageon Power System in a compact and cost effective solution. Designed to delivery up to 280A of power for 24 or 48V systems from 2RU–7RU, the Micro Power Module provides the flexibility to put power where it is needed.
