Caddock Intros Type CD Low Resistance Precision Chip Resistors

Caddock Electronics Inc. (Roseburg, OR) introduced its new Caddock Type CD low resistance precision chip resistors. The devices utilize a unique pedestal terminal design to achieve low resistance and precision tolerance with a high power rating. Resistances are as low as 0.010 Ohm +/-1 percent.

A WB version for wire bonding in hybrid applications is available, with power ratings up to 20W (based on maintaining 25 degrees C on the chip mounting surface. An FC version, with power ratings up to 1.5W at 70 degrees C ambient, is available for flip chip mounting in SMT applications.
