Caddock Electronics Intros CHR2520FC Chip Resistors

September 30, 2002 by Jeff Shepard

Caddock Electronics Inc. (Riverside, CA) announced its new CHR2520FC chip resistors that offer a temperature coefficient of ±25ppm/C from 10 to 40 degrees C, making the devices suitable for CT scanning systems, process instrumentation and advanced measurement applications.

The flip-chip devices also offer a temperature coefficient of ±70ppm/C from -40 to +85 degrees C, and can also be used as an input resistor in high-input, impedance-voltage dividers or to detect low signal levels generated by photodiodes in low signal-amplification circuits.

Rated at 150V, the resistors are available in eight standard ohmic values from 10 megohms to 1,000 megohms with one percent tolerance.
