Beta Dyne Debuts New 35W DC/DC Converters

Beta Dyne Inc. (Bridgewater, MA) announced its new family of 35W dc/dc converters specifically designed for telecommunications applications, including xDSL remote power feed, micro-mirror drivers, battery-power systems, high-voltage power OPAMs and transducer drivers.

The new modules accept wide input-voltage ranges with nominal inputs of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc and 120Vdc. Outputs can be single or dual and can be set as two independent adjustable outputs of 120Vdc, ±120Vdc and 240Vdc. Additional features include total input-to-output isolation, short-circuit

and thermal protection, soft start, under-voltage and over-voltage protection, adjustable outputs, and efficiency up to 91 percent.
