Benson Power Unveils Gold Series Online UPS Devices

Benson Power and Controls Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore, India) debuted its new Gold Series of online UPS devices, which feature the latest PWM technology with high-frequency switching capabilities and MOSFETs/IGBTs. The new devices are suitable for use in networking, telecommunications and medical equipment.

The UPS devices also feature a zero-voltage, switched-frequency converter; a fully controlled, switch-mode-power-supply-based charger for increased battery life; and a set of built-in batteries. The device also has overload and short-circuit protection, and is claimed to have high surge capabilities.
