Axiomatic Presents New PWM Converter Line

New Products Nov 28, 2001 by Jeff Shepard

Axiomatic Technologies Corp. (Toronto, Canada) announced the release of a new line of pulse-width modulated (PWM) converters to convert PWM signals into analogue signals for mobile equipment, industrial automation and power-generation applications.

The PWM converters provide a compact solution for converting digital PWM signals into current or the reverse, current into PWM signals. PWM-to-voltage converters are also available. The converters accepting PWM input are fully isolated. Various PWM ranges within 0 to 100 percent can be accomodated.

The units accept a broad range of supply voltages, 24Vdc nominal. Reverse polarity protection is provided. Operational from -40 to +85 degrees C, the units are encapsulated or conformally coated for rugged environments. All PWM converters are packaged for DIN rail mounting. OEM versions and packaging styles are available.
