440-Vac Input 5W to 10W Housekeeping AC-DCs

Technology Dynamics Inc. announces the launch of the new TDAUX10 series of board level ac-dc switch-mode housekeeping power supplies. The TDAUX10 series is rated between 5W to 10W and features an input range of 350- to 525-Vac (nominal 440Vac 50/60Hz) and a choice of standard output voltages including 5Vdc, 12Vdc, 15Vdc or 24Vdc.

This housekeeping module can be utilized with power fans, relays, and electronic circuitry and is suited for a broad range of industrial, military, telecommunications, process control, and test and measurement applications. The new TDAUX10 series provides designers of 3-phase ac-dc power supplies an immediate solution for housekeeping power. Protection functions include overload and over-voltage, and inrush current control.

Specifications include: Line regulation of ±0.5%; Load regulation of ±1%; Ripple of 150mVpp; Efficiency of 80% (typical); Hold-up time of 16ms; an external emi filter is required; and the operating temperature range is -30 to +55 degrees C.
