30V/250mA Ultra-Low Quiescent Current LDOs

Holtek has added the TinyPower™ 30V/250mA HT73xx-1/-2/-3 ultra-low quiescent current low dropout voltage regulators (LDOs). In comparison with the 30mA output current of the HT71xx series and 100mA output current of the HT75xx series, the maximum output current of these new devices is 250mA and the maximum input voltage is 30V. The HT73xx-1 and HT73xx-2 devices additionally have a lower quiescent current of only 2.5µA and an output voltage accuracy of ±3% and ±1% respectively.

The HT73xx-3 devices have a lower quiescent current of only 1µA with an output voltage accuracy of ±2%. The improved power source quality and higher output current capability expand the application product range for these new voltage regulator devices.

The HT73xx-1/2/3 series devices can be used in a diverse range of portable and other applications which require high output voltage accuracy such as backlight power supplies, wireless communication power supplies, smart meters, electric tools, smart security devices, measuring instrumentation and medical products, and so on.
