250 Watt Medical Desktop Switcher with Level V Efficiency

Advanced Power Solutions, Inc. (APS) announces the release of the APS250EMG series of medical approved desktop switching power supplies with up 94% efficiency and <0.5W no-load power consumption for compliance to Level V standards. The APS250EMG series consists of 3 standard models offering single outputs of 12V @ 20A, 24V @ 12A, and 48v @ 6A output power with universal input of 90-264 Vac. Custom output voltages available for any voltage setpoint ranging from 12 to 54 Vdc while maintaining all safety approvals.

These desktop power supplies measure only 7.46 x 3.74 x 1.89” / 190 x 95 x 48mm with an IEC-320 C14 ac inlet and attached six-foot dc output cable with any selection of dc connectors. All models feature 0-40°C Full Load Operation; Over Voltage Protection; and Over Current Protection. All models are safety approved UL:EN60601-1:2005, CSA: C22.2 NO.60601-1:2008, EN60601-1:2006, CE Mark (LVD); EN61000-3-2 compliance; Class B Emissions; RoHS Compliance; and backed by a two-year warranty.
