VORAGO Raises $10 Million for High-Temp Semis

VORAGO Technologies has closed a $10 million round of funding. Led by New Science Ventures, this investment will be used to fuel organic growth, and fund new product and technology development, expanding VORAGO's microcontroller portfolio and its technology-licensing platform. In conjunction with the recent unveiling of a new corporate name and tag line "opening up new possibilities," this latest round of funding marks the company's strategic expansion in which it adds extreme heat-hardened (greater than 200 degrees C) solutions to its patented radiation-hardened semiconductor solutions.
