Valence Announces Dr. George W. Adamson as VP of R&D

Valence Technology Inc. (Henderson, NV) recently announced the promotion of Dr. George W. Adamson to vice president of research and development. According to Valence, Dr. Adamson succeeds Dr. Joseph Lundquist who is retiring. Dr. Adamson holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from MIT and was formerly vice president of process engineering and development for Valence."While we shall miss the great contribution that Joe Lundquist has made to the development of our lithium polymer batteries, George Adamson is the most able, talented, and experienced executive to carry forward our work in this position," said Lev Dawson, chairman, CEO and founder of Valence. "George has been integral to the process as well as the technical development of the company's technology."
