TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. (Hillsboro, OR) reported its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2002. Revenue was $71.0 million for the quarter with a gross profit margin of 35.4 percent, both in line with previous guidance. Revenue was up 16 percent over the second quarter of 2002.
Net loss for the quarter, on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles, was
$9.2 million, equal to a loss of $0.07 per share. Excluding these items, TriQuint had a pro-forma net loss of $937,000 equal to a loss of $0.01 per share, in line with previous guidance.
