Red Rocket Inc Announces Appointment Of New CEO

Red Rocket, Inc. announced that it has re-structured its Board of Directors and corporate management team with immediate effect, to support the company’s strategy for growth within the US market and expansion of its global presence in Europe and Asia. The shareholder meeting appointed Martin Kistner, founder of Red Rocket Inc., to be the CEO of the corporation with immediate effect. Former CEO James Schultz and COO Sam Dixit have left the company.

After his appointment, Kistner stated "I feel honored to be appointed into this position. We have excellent, highly motivated people in each of our locations, in the USA, India and Europe, and I am pleased to work with them as a team member serving our customers on a global basis. As one truly worldwide team, we will do our very best to support our customers in enhancing their competitiveness and growth in their markets. By providing them our ideas, capabilities, experience, products and services it is our ultimate goal to support them with leading edge technologies and outstanding services with the total lowest cost of ownership for them in their markets.

An additional part of our strategy is to focus on the Global Tier 2 and Tier 3 customer base through our channel partners. Our standard, non-standard and custom product offerings will remain a corner stone of the company’s focus in the future. Combined with our global Supply Chain Management and logistics capabilities, both our customers and suppliers can depend on us to be a solid and stable partner for them, particularly in a tough economic environment."
