Pacific Fuel Cell Completes Acquisition/Name Change

Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. (Tustin, CA), formerly RadioTower.com Inc., completed the acquisition of the exclusive worldwide license for fuel cell technology for use in all transportation applications from Fullerene USA Inc.

Fullerene received 30.1 million restricted shares of RadioTower's common stock in exchange for the license, representing 51.1 percent of the outstanding shares, bringing total outstanding shares to 58.9 million shares.

Effective immediately, the previous officers and directors have resigned and the following have been appointed as the new officers and directors for Pacific Fuel Cell:

George Suzuki, President and Director; Ken Inouye, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and Director; William Potts, Director; and Alan Brown, Director.
