Ocean Power Corp. (El Dorado Hills, CA) announced that Cheng-Guan Michael Quah has joined Ocean Power as the CTO and senior vice president (Asia). Quah will be responsible for coordinating and building up a technology portfolio to support the company's power and water projects globally, and leading the growth of Ocean Power in Asia through joint developmental and commercial ventures with key strategic partners in the region.
