Millennium Cell Receives Hydro Generation Patent

Millennium Cell Inc. (Eatontown, NJ) was awarded Patent No. 6,534,033 by the US Patent and Trademark Office covering the core technology of its Hydrogen on Demand™ hydrogen storage and generation system. The patent relates to a method for the storage and controlled release of hydrogen, in particular to the use of borohydride-based solutions as a hydrogen storage source and a catalyst system to release hydrogen.
