Midtronics (Willowbrook, IL) announced the addition of Roger Warren to the company’s board of directors. Warren is the retired CEO of Bolder Technologies Corp. (Golden, CO) and the former president of the Micropower and International divisions of Rayovac Corp. (Madison, WI).
