Linear Technology Corp. (Milpitas, CA) President Clive Davies announced the appointment of David Quarles to head up the company's international sales. Quarles has been with Linear for 10 years and most recently served as Director of Marketing.
Davies cited Quarles' four-year assignment as the Sales Director for Asia/Pacific and achievements in international marketing. "Quarles' past sales management and international experience with Linear Technology make him uniquely qualified for the post of Vice President of International Sales."
Quarles began his sales career with National Semiconductor and joined Linear Technology in June 1991. He replaces Hans Zapf who passed away suddenly on August 8, 2001.
