Evergreen Solar Inc. (Marlboro, MA), a developer, marketer and manufacturer of photovoltaic products, announced that it has priced its public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock at $5.00 per share. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
All of the shares are being sold by Evergreen Solar. The offering is expected to close on February 9, 2005.
