Emerson Network Power Launches European Technical Support Line

Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson, announced that it has inaugurated a technical support line for power supply customers in Europe. The new service provides electronics engineers and system developers with direct phone and email access to technical specialists, to minimize response times. The support team is fully conversant with both Astec and Artesyn product lines and is backed by a comprehensive database of product and applications information.

According to Richard Kidgell, European Technical Support Manager for the power conversion business of Emerson Network Power, "The introduction of this service follows Emerson’s acquisition of Artesyn Technologies in 2006. The company has long been renowned for its customer support services, which have now been expanded to match our much increased product offering. The introduction of a dedicated technical support line for Europe – which is a UK Freephone number – further highlights our commitment to our customers, worldwide."
