Electrofuel Sees 19-Percent Rise in Shares

Electrofuel Inc. (Toronto) reported a rise in shares of 19 percent following announcement of an agreement with Micro Warehouse Inc. to resell Electrofuel's PowerPad line of products in Canada and the US. Electrofuel's PowerPad line consists of external batteries that can run a personal laptop computer for up to 18 hours.
"Micro Warehouse's expertise in the successful direct marketing of name brand computer and related peripheral products will prove invaluable," stated Pat McCool, Electrofuel vice-president of sales and marketing.
