e/j BLOOM Associates Present Power-Conversion Design Course

The educational division of e/j BLOOM Associates Inc. (San Rafael, CA) will present the summer presentation of their Modern Power Conversion Design Techniques course during the week of August 20 through 24, 2001, in Las Vegas, Nevada. This course is designed for electrical and electronic engineers desiring a practical education in designing and analyzing modern power-processing equipment using high-frequency switching methods.

The course is segmented into three parts, which include Switching Regulator Design and Analysis, Planar and Integrated Magnetics Design, and Magnetics Design for High-Frequency Applications. Persons can register for one, two or all three segments of

the week-long course.
