Eaton Expands Power Quality Offerings With Acquisition Of Pulizzi Engineering

Eaton Corp. announced that it has acquired Pulizzi Engineering Inc., a leading manufacturer of ac power distribution, ac power sequencing, redundant power and remote-reboot power management systems. Terms were not disclosed. Pulizzi Engineering had 2006 sales of $12 million and is located in Santa Ana, California.
"The acquisition of Pulizzi broadens our power quality and distribution offerings and builds upon our existing strong product line," said Randy W. Carson, Eaton Senior Vice President and President – Electrical Group.
