DTE Energy Technologies Inc. (Detroit, MI) and Certified Electrical Distributors Inc. (CED) announced the signing of an agreement where DTE Energy Technologies would purchase all of CED's assets, including its line of business involving National Generator Service LLC (NGS).
"As a leader in distributed generation, DTE Energy Technologies will use CED's sales and service network to expand its operations to the Southeastern part of the US," stated G. Paul Horst, president of DTE Energy Technologies. "CED's sales in this part of the country, coupled with its telecommunications strength, enables us to further fulfill our goal of extending sales and service reach throughout North America."
