DTE Energy Technologies Inc. (Detroit, MI) and Tezman Holding announced the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement wherein DTE Energy will provide its broad portfolio of energy|now™ on-site energy systems and energy|now Systems Operation Center (SOC) expertise. The energy|now product portfolio includes electric-only and cogeneration packaged systems from 75kW to over 1MW, using internal combustion engines, Stirling engines and mini turbines fueled by natural gas, as well as renewable fuels.
Tezman Holding will contribute in-depth manufacturing, distribution and marketing expertise. The agreement is for Tezman Holding's newly created subsidiary, Tez Enerji, to be a distributor of energy|now products within Turkey and the northern Cyprus Turkish Republic.
